Step 1: Your customer selects one of your services to make an appointment

New to bringing online booking to your customers? See how a customer can book your services in four simple steps, taking a matter of seconds

  • You can define the name, description, duration and price (if applicable) for every service you make online bookable.
  • You can categorise your services into logical groupings where relevant e.g. beauty, finance, sports etc.
  • Optional: Channel customers directly to individual services or appointment types, rather than presenting all services in one calendar.

Step 2: The customer will only see employees that have availability for the date and time they have selected

  • Your customer can select a specific consultant or employee with whom to make an appointment.
  • Available appointments are based on the duration and service type you have specified.
  • Optional: Remove the ability for the customer to book specific employees if this is not appropriate.

Step 3: Select an authentication method to complete the booking

  • Choose how you want a customer to authenticate their identity - with a TIMIFY account, Facebook account or as a guest booking.
  • Guest bookings simply require the customer's first and last name, phone number and email address.
  • Optional: Do you want to offer an alternative authentication method? Contact us so that we can discuss the details.

Step 4: Your customer confirms the booking

  • After confirmation, he/she will receive an e-mail automatically.
  • 24 hours before the appointment, the customer will receive an e-mail reminder.
  • Optional: You can also send appointment confirmations and reminders by SMS if required.
